Cyberpunk 2077: first test

This run was done during the Atlantis memory during the VooDoo boys mission. had to drop the other one I ran. Load screen and save screen jump the FPS above 300-400. No good for a true test.

# Summary The tested setup for playing Cyberpunk 2077 was conducted on Xubuntu with an RTX 4060 graphics card and an AMD Ryzen 9 9900X CPU. The system was under the `Steam Runtime 3 (sniper)` environment using the `powersave` Linux scheduler on a `6.8.0-71-generic` Linux kernel. Significant FPS fluctuations were noted during load and save screens, indicating potential instability in performance measurement, given the recorded spikes above 300-400 FPS during these stages. Excluding these anomalies, the average FPS observed was acceptable, though there was a relatively higher standard deviation, reflecting variations in frame times. Overall hardware utilization showed high GPU load, with balanced CPU and memory usage, suggesting that while the game performs adequately, there may be room for optimization in frame stability.
