Elden Ring | BORE vs SCX

Static fairly GPU limited scene (not fully saturated) with no background load. 30 second frame recording with 0ms interval to get the most accurate results; single run only. Performance Governor/EPP | BORE default settings | BPFLAND --performance | FLASH | LAVD --performance | LAVD --autopilot

# Top runs: * **Highest FPS**: `Elden Ring FLASH` with approximately 2% higher FPS compared to others. * **Smoothest FPS**: `Elden Ring BPFLAND had the smoothest FPS with its standard deviation of FPS being approximately 20% lower than the next smoothest run. * **Best overall**: While `Elden Ring FLASH` had the highest FPS, the `Elden Ring BPFLAND` offered much smoother performance with minimal compromise on average FPS (within 1% of the highest), making it the best overall. # Summary In this benchmark, different `sched_ext` scheduler settings were evaluated for `Elden Ring` performance using a static scene with low background interference. The `BPFLAND` scheduler with the `--performance` setting demonstrated a balanced approach, achieving smoother frame rates with modest FPS, thanks to a lower variance. While `FLASH` offered the highest FPS, it came with slightly higher variability. The `LAVD` settings (`--performance` and `--autopilot`) showed consistent but slightly lower performance compared to the others, highlighting `BPFLAND` as an optimal choice for both high performance and smooth user experience.
