The game's settings are what the game defaulted to, except with the FPS unlocked, no mods installed. Proton (in this case proton-cachyos) significantly outperformed the native game, additionally, a popular graphics mod called EVE is buggy or doesn't work on native because the mod makes directX calls specifically.
